Usually using extruding floating feed can save 8%-15% feed than mash feed and pellet feed.

1.Screw threaded rod

It is the main spare parts of the machine, the technical data of it are diameter,screw pitch, root diameter, spiral angle and blade section structure. The length-diameter ratio of pressing parts and space between screw threaded rod and inside wall of extruding chamber have large influence to extruder machine’s characteristics.

2.Discharging mould
It’s the last place that the product get through the machine. It has large effect to product’s shape, density, quality, appearance,features and 
machine’s capacity.
3. Bearing box part
It mainly consists of body of bearings box, main shaft, bearings, screw sleeve, sealing ring and so on.
4. Oil filtering and cooling system
It mainly includes the oil pump, cooler, oil filter, valve, connecting pipelines and so on.
