Brief Introduction of Sawdust Dryer( Air-flow dryer, pipes dryer):
The air-flow dryer  also called the Sawdust Dryer, which is the latest drying equipment which our company has studied successfully. It can dry the materials mainly using the hot wind produced by the hot-blast stove; the dryer is applied to the material in dispersed state which contains high moisture humidity, such as the saw dust, grain or straw.
If the moisture is very high and the output demand is very big, we can use the two drier together, the material can lose a lot of moisture through the first outlet of the first dryer.

Characteristics of Sawdust Dryer,Air-flow Dryer:
High drying strength, as the materials highly decentralized in the airflow, all surface area is the drying effective area.
Large handling capacity, high thermal efficiency. When dry the unbound water, the thermal efficiency can reach 60%.
The drying time is short. Simple structure, require the small installation space, very easy to install and repair.

Working Principle of Sawdust Dryer,Air-flow Dryer:
Airflow type Sawdust Dryer is easy operation, high efficiendy and easily control of sawdust drying degree.
Sawdust Dryer, also called Hot airflow type dryer,pipeline type dryer, high hot airflow speed, fully mixing of airflow and materials, big drying strength, lower dust and bigger drying capacity.
Moisture in the raw mateials of less than 40% can be drying one time to meet the requirement for coal bar production.
For raw materials with heavy humidity which is above 12%, you need to install a dryer before further processing. This Air Current Type dryer can reduce the humidity of wood materials below 12% per time. The Cost of this Air Current dryer is much lower than Rotary dryer. It is professionally designed for drying different kinds of wood sawdust. It has advantages of low cost, low consumption, high capacity, easy operation and maintenance, etc. In addition, the round places of pipes can be changed to any angle which can save space and solve plant dimension limitation.

Feature of  Sawdust Dryer,Air-flow dryer:
Sawdust Dryer,Flash dryer ( airflow type  dryer) is a pneumatic drying system used to dry products requiring the removal of free moisture. Flash dryers are using the heat from the airsteam.
1. It is suitable for drying materials of moisture 20-70%.
2. It is suitable for drying materials like sawdust, rice hull, milling wheat straw, corn stalks and so on.
3. It is equipped with two fuel boilers, inlet, steel pipe, exhaust blower (fan), air lock and cyclone. Wet materials are input into the hopper.
4. The fuel boiler generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan) quickly. And then hot air is flowing and going though the curving pipes and buffer (drying chamber) of dryer, thus wet materials is finished to dry, and the dried materials are discharged from the outlet with air lock.
5. It reduces the moisture to 8-12%.
6. Clients can change the angle of dryer base on the production field.
7. It is only to control the moisture of raw material at a reasonable range that can make good result of biomass briquettes. Or the briquettes will be broken because of too loose or too dry.
8. It dryes the materials through the hot air of 260 °c - 360 °c.
9. It has the advantages of low cost and high efficiency.
