Introduction：In 2013 , our Philippines customer have been order 2 sets of 850 Wood Pellet Mill (wood pellet plant, wood pellet production line) which can meet the capacity of 6 Tons per hour, the technical processing flow is from raw materials collecting, crushing ,grinding, pelletizing to the last step packing.

In 2013 , our Philippines customer have been order 2 sets of 850 Wood Pellet Mill (wood pellet plant, wood pellet production line) which can meet the capacity of 6 Tons per hour, the technical processing flow is from raw material's collecting, crushing ,grinding, pelletizing to  the last step packing.

The raw material after crushing, pressing, dense, forming, become a small stick solid fuel. After form to the pellet fuel , it has such characteristics: high resistance, small particle size, large proportion of the value, convenient for storage and transport.


This Wood Pellet Product Line, easy to maintenance and operation with stable performance features, the whole production line is highly automation level, it has automaticlly feeding system, less labor need.  The feeding system adropted the vibrating and feeding adjustable device, the packing machine is fully automaticly. while production, less noise and less dust by our good noise reduction system and dust collecting machine.
